At that time, sake was brewed in wooden barrels.、When you're inside a sake brewery, just the smell of alcohol、I remember feeling red in the face and dizzy.。
The nostalgic memories of my childhood with my father came back to life, and I wanted to take pictures of sake brewing.、Proud of over 300 years of history in Hida Kanayama、With the cooperation of Okuhida Sake Brewery, which has won many awards both domestically and internationally.、I photographed the sake brewing process。
While researching the history and local characteristics of the sake brewery before taking the photo,、I learned that Hida Kanayama has prospered since the Edo period as ``Hida Kaido Kanayama-juku'' and has a unique town planning system with a network of narrow roads called ``sujikotsu.''。
